Rough Magic Cast - below you will find inspirational images to help you prepare for the hair and make up session next week (date and time TBD). Look for your character name and corresponding image.


Please come prepared with your basic Ben Nye make up kit (info on previous blog entry).  If you do not have the Ben Nye make up kit ALL ACTORS MUST bring the following make up basics:

foundation, powder & concealer to match skin color
dark brown or black eyeliner
dark brown or black mascara
neutral eye shadow to highlight and accent their skin tone
natural lip color
face moisturizer
 *Bronzer: tba per actor in hair/make up session

ROUGH MAGIC CAST: Do you need basic stage make up?

Yes you do! 


ROUGH MAGIC CAST please be sure to have your basic stage make up kits by Monday, Feb. 14th. We suspect to hold Hair and Make Up Sessions during that week. It is required that you bring basic stage make up. Specialty make up (like odd colors) will be purchased by the Costume Shop


All actors, male and female, need to wear stage make up. Under stage lights without make up your features may appear flat, dull and washed out. Stage make up enhances your skin tone and allows the audience to see you more clearly!

Overwhelmed? Don't be! If you've never put on make up before the BEN NY PERSONAL CRÈME KIT is a great starter stage make up kit. For only $20 it's an inexpensive investment and comes in a wide variety of skin tones.

Make sure you have your kit at least one week before dress rehearsals when we are like to schedule a hair/make-up session.
